This is a very stressful subject to discuss. I have genital herpes and know exactly what you are going through right now. I have had a few dates since I became infected with genital herpes last year. Out of all those dates I must tell you that I could not come out and just say that I had herpes. I just couldn’t go through with it. I didn’t want to date someone and then get rejected like I had the plague when I told them about my genital herpes.

I decided to look around online and I joined some local online forums specifically about genital herpes and STDs in general. I figured if I was stressing out so much just trying to tell somebody I genital herpes then I can only imagine how I would feel after I was rejected because of my medical condition.
