1. Arizona State University 2.West Virginia 3.University Houston 4.University of Iowa 5.University of South Florida that I had very bad the first 3 years of HS due to illness. I transferred one year online accredited high school and my health has now improved. My GPA for senior year is a 4.0 but my GPA is still very poor. By the time I apply my GPA will probably be around 2.0-2.4 cumulative. (OOPS) I (what I think is) a decent amount of extracurricular. They include sports, music, dance, volunteer and work experience. My test is really good. It is about how I had to face of adversity and how it made me stronger. I have not taken the ACT yet, but I got a 25 on a law practice. I think to improve before the test date. Do you think I have a chance at one of the schools I mentioned?

You probably would be admitted at all, except perhaps Iowa. Colleges love to see someone whose qualities improve with in high school. An intake officer will review your GPA and your progress and probably say "this candidate is better than someone with a cumulative GPA 3.0, which began a year 4.0 freshman year and fell to a year 2.0 above. "A score of 25 of the Act should meet the requirements of one of the schools you mention.
