I have to do something fast to save the marriage, !!!!!!!!!!? Help

We have been married 19 years now, and began dating my wife in high school, and married a year later. My wife now wants to go saying that she cares about me, but that sentiment is not in heart no more. We had a deep heart talk the other day, and she says she is just missing something, and I admitted to her that is all my fault for not communicating, and not showing enough to effection she needed, and the love life is not there, I've become diabetic is seriously affecting them. I think I stayed in that rut, I'm there and she is so everythings fine. FALSE! She works full time, she is just starting to take a couple of college courses, and we have 2 children. Now you can not eat or sleep, she's a nervous wreck, the time is because shes not sure you want to leave or just afraid to hurt me. In our lecture I explained that I love as much as ever, but I screwed up everything, and I was by what ever decision is made with the hope that she will be back.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but read "The Wedding" by Nicholas Sparks. is relatively short and has a history very similar to what sounds like is happening. good luck!
